Fearless Fertility

I love when my mother teaches me Chinese proverbs I can easily repeat. My favorite in our provincial dialect is “Pa See, Nai See,” which translates into: “Fear the [crap], step in the [crap].” Or, that which you fear, you attract.

Our minds act as magnets. Whatever we focus on is coming our way -- not as punishment or reward but as cause and effect. Do we think we’re surrounded by people out to get us? Do we think getting older means being less attractive or less healthy? Guess what. The Universe delivers precisely what we order, right down to our deepest beliefs.

Our minds are in a constant state of creation. This is why we must be conscious of our thoughts. Stress attracts more stress; bliss attracts more bliss; fear attracts more fear. Fear is one of the harshest emotions from which to win our freedom. It literally constricts our creativity and saps our life force.

Fear connects to the Kidney Acu-point Meridian, as does the reproductive system. When we allow fear to eat up most of our energy, little energy remains to power our reproductive organs, which become dis-eased with so-called infertility or impotence, inflammations, infections, and so on. We cannot create our dreams when eaten up by fear, nor can our bodies create (biologically) when eaten up by fear. The strength of the Kidney Acu-point Meridian determines the quality and length of our life. When we allow fear to consume us, we speed our ageing process.

Acu-point stimulation can help restore fertility, virility, and to some extent youth, but only WE can make the decision to let go of fear. Until then, we’re only wiping off our feet and stepping into the same old cow patty.
